1. When continuous operation and bending of soft materials such as copper and aluminum alloys are performed, metal particles or dross are easily attached to the surface of the working part, causing large scratches on the parts.
Solution: At this time, the shape and lubricating oil of the working part should be carefully analyzed and studied, so that the blank should not have particles and dregs, and even scratches.
2. When the bending direction of metal stamping is parallel to the rolling direction of the material, cracks will occur on the surface of the workpiece, which will reduce the surface quality of the workpiece.
Solution: When metal stamping and bending are performed in more than two parts, the bending direction of metal stamping and the rolling direction should be ensured as much as possible to have a certain angle.
3. When the burr surface is used as the outer surface for metal stamping and bending, the parts are prone to cracks and scratches;
Solution: Therefore, when metal stamping and bending, the burr surface should be used as the inner surface of metal stamping and bending.
4. The radius of the concave die fillet is too small, and there are impact marks on the bending part of the metal stamping.
Solution: Polish the concave die and increase the radius of the concave die fillet to avoid scratches on the metal stamping parts.
5. The gap between the convex and concave molds should not be too small, and if the gap is too small, it will cause thinning and scratches.
Solution: During the stamping process, the change of the gap of the die should be checked at all times.
6. When the depth of the punch entering the concave die is too large, the surface of the part will be scratched.
Solution: Therefore, in the case of ensuring that it is not affected by springback, the depth of the punch entering the die should be appropriately reduced.
7. In order to make the parts meet the requirements of accuracy, the metal stamping bending die at the bottom is often used. When the metal stamping is bent, the springs on the pressure plate, the positioning pin holes, the pallets and the return holes will be pressed into the pressure. Traces should be adjusted.
